Choose any from below to use in your interval workouts from the Workouts section - 3 Minutes only where the workouts say cardio
*Performing short bursts of cardio mixed in with resistance training will strengthen your heart to recover faster making you healthier without hours of dreadful boring cardio
Stairs - any stairs just up and down
Mountain climber/jumping jack/jump squats - 10 each for whole 3 mins
Punch and kick heavy bag (or the air- just move)
