Ingredients:
1/2 cup of plain 2% Greek yogurt
2/3 cup of Protein Powder (Orange Dreamsicle is my favourite)
1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 tbls or ground flax seed
1 tbls Almond butter
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in small bowl and enjoy right away
